Abstracts Reviewing Results & Full Paper Information

More than 250 abstracts have been finally accepted by ANIMMA scientific committee members for oral or poster presentations.

Notification of acceptance has been sent by e-mail to all contributors with all main information and precisions concerning paper template and poster presentation format.

The full version of paper (pdf, rtf or word format) has to be prepared according to the standards of IEEE (see www.animma.com) and sent by e-mail to the secretariat of the Conference (animma@cea.fr) before May, 17th 2009. The total length must not exceed 8 pages for contributed papers (poster and oral) and 12 pages for invited ones.
.
Important:

- We remind to all submitters that full paper is required for both oral and poster presentations
- The insertion of full paper in the electronic proceedings of the Conference and the poster/oral presentations are subject to the registration of one of the authors.

Poster Sessions

For poster layout, A0 format (1189mm x 841mm) in portrait mode is required.

Furthermore, in order to give the posters the best opportunities to attract the interest of the participants and to stimulate discussions, the organisers have taken some original measures:

i) All posters will remain presented grouped by sessions, from the beginning to the end of the Conference in the dedicated room where the coffee breaks will take place.

ii) Devoted sessions are expected to the presentation of a particular set of posters. During each of these special sessions, distinguished and experienced scientists will shortly introduce the posters by means of a ppt presentation in a lecture room.

iii) Awards for the three best posters (among which at least one poster prepared by a PhD student) will be delivered during the conclusion session of the Conference.

All details concerning the guidelines, paper and poster templates for the preparation of papers and posters, the programme schedule and the registration process can be found on ANIMMA conference website www.animma.com
