Poster Layout and associated sessions
For poster layout, A0 format (1189mm x 841mm) in portrait mode is required.
Furthermore, in order to give the posters the best opportunities to attract the interest of the participants and to stimulate discussions, the organisers have taken some original measures:
i) All posters will remain presented grouped by sessions, from the beginning to the end of the Conference in the dedicated room where the coffee breaks will take place.
ii) Devoted sessions are expected to the presentation of a particular set of posters. During each of these special sessions, distinguished and experienced scientists will shortly introduce the posters by means of a ppt presentation in a lecture room.
iii) Awards for the three best posters (among which at least one poster prepared by a PhD student) will be delivered during the conclusion session of the Conference.
All details concerning the guidelines, paper and poster templates for the preparation of papers and posters, the programme schedule and the registration process can be found on ANIMMA conference website www.animma.com
